Eliminate torque spring bind in your CVT with the NCY Bearing Spring Seat. Standard spring seats allow the torque spring to twist against the clutch pulleys, causing inconsistent shifting and dead spots in acceleration. This NCY upgrade uses a ball-bearing track so the spring rotates freely — smoother back-shifting, reduced friction, and snappier throttle response. Compatible with stock and aftermarket torque springs. Made in Taiwan by NCY. Design: needle/ball bearing sandwich plate Construction: high-tensile steel races Fits: 107mm or smaller clutch diameter Compatible with stock and aftermarket torque springs Weight: 0.1 lbs SKU: 1200-1253 Made in Taiwan by NCY Compatible Engines / Models: 139QMB / QMB139: all Chinese 50cc 4-stroke scooters (TaoTao, Wolf, etc.) Honda Dio / Elite 50: AF16, AF18, AF25 engines Kymco / SYM 50cc: ZX50, Agility 50, Fiddle 50 Mechanic's note: One of the best "secret" mods for the 139QMB engine. Makes a noticeable difference in throttle response, especially paired with a 1000 or 1500 RPM torque spring. Lightly grease the bearing with high-temp CVT grease during installation.
