NCY EGR Block-off Plate; GY6

NCY's billet electroplated block-off plate is used when removing the EGR / PCV / Secondary Air Injection System from GY6 engines (aka "emissions deleting"). Truth be told, most GY6 scooters have sub-par PCV systems often causing massive vacuum leaks that lead to poor performance. Before your order, make sure you're not violating any local laws by removing the emissions system.
