The Competitive Edge: Dual-Range Tuning
- Secondary Slider Upgrade: Includes the NCY secondary sliding sheave with optimized angles to eliminate the "flat spot" in power delivery common on stock Zuma/Jog pullies.
- PTFE Friction Reduction: The clutch bell features a state-of-the-art Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating for superior heat dissipation and consistent grip under racing conditions.
- Balanced Weight Tuning: Comes with three full sets of 15x12 roller weights (5g, 6g, and 7g), allowing you to precisely tune your CVT for either high-torque climbing or maximum MPH.
- Increased Spool Speed: The ultralight drive face and large-shoe racing clutch allow the engine to reach its powerband faster than heavy OEM cast parts.

This kit is specifically for Horizontal and Vertical Minarelli 2-stroke engines. Note: It will NOT fit 1st Gen (Pre-2002) Zumas or 4-stroke "50F" models.

Expert Tuning Tip: For the best performance, pair this kit with a high-quality drive belt. Use Molybdenum (Moly) grease only on the slider pins; keep the belt surface and variator ramps clean and dry.
