Refund policy

Eligibility Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled, and unmodified items in original packaging. Electrical items, carburetors, clearance items, and special‑order parts are non‑returnable.

Condition Requirements Returned items must be in new, resellable condition. Items showing signs of installation, fuel/oil exposure, or damage will not be accepted.

Return Authorization All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Refunds Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method minus shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Incorrect or Defective Items If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item after inspection.

Exchanges Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.
