Its Variable Axis System (VAS) shield mechanism not only improves the shell's shape but also provides intuitive operation with a larger latch that helps prevent unexpected shield opening and facilitates de-mist functions. The VAS system lowers the shield pivot point by approximately 24 mm, resulting in a smoother shell surface around the temple area and better impact energy management.
